Navigating a shift?
This curated experience provides ongoing support to leaders navigating significant transitions and pivots such as finding or taking on a new role and/or organizational change. The program includes one-on-one coaching sessions, strategy development, and the creation of personalized action plans to help leaders adapt and excel. Over the course of several months, I’ll work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition, build your leadership capacity, and align you/your team with the new direction.
